| Is it Friday yet? |
I am so tired I can't see straight. I don't think I know which ways is up. I meant to clean up my blog, get rid of old links, etc. In a way I get sad because there are so many of my blogger buds that don't blog anymore. Almost half. I don't have the time and energy to invest in meeting any new people. LOL. I know that sounds terrible, but it's like building a fan base. You have to find a blog you really like, visit often, and develop a 'relationship' with that blogger on a somewhat regular basis, at least enough that you visit each other. I just don't have the commitment to do that. Sigh. Work has been HELLISH! SO MUCH WORK! Argh! I know I vowed to talk about the dreaded W word, but I have promised myself to job search every night. I was supposed to be somewhere else this time, but here is going to be a another year over. I can't believe I stayed ANOTHER year. I damn sure hope not to be there for another. So long and arduous a task is job searching.

In my TV news (everyone knows I'm a TV hound. I can't live without TV) I watched "Fringe" it was good, trippy, interesting and gory. I will be back for more. May get complicated if you don't keep your ears open and keep up with it, but I liked it anyway.
I also watched "True Blood" it is a show based on my Southern Vampire novels by Charlain Harris. The "Dead" books have been a favorite of mine for years. Very surprised to find them made into an HBO series. The first episode "Strange Love" was....well, it was different. There's a website called American Vampire League. Pleae check that out, it is so crazy. I liked it, a lot of sex and violence (it is HBO) and while most of the main characters are spot on, they also seem a bit off at the same time.
I dont' care AT ALL for the way the fangs come out on the vamps. Very hokey and phony and after watching years of Buffy and Angel and seeing it done better, this just sucks. Overall, I will be back for more, but I hope I enjoy it as much as Buffy and Angel.
